চিরকুট একটা পড়ার অ্যাপ। আমরা ততটুকুই তথ্য নিই, যতটুকু অ্যাপ চালাতে লাগে। আর কারও কাছে বিক্রি করি না।Chirkut is a study app. We collect only what the app needs to run. We never sell it to anyone.

ওয়েটলিস্টে নাম লিখলে তোমার ইমেইল বা ফোন নম্বর আর (ঐচ্ছিক) কোন পরীক্ষা দিচ্ছো, সেটা সরাসরি আমাদের একটা Google Sheet-এ জমা হয়, যেটা শুধু আমরাই খুলতে পারি। এটা শুধু লঞ্চের খবর জানাতে ব্যবহার হয়। যেকোনো সময় hello@chirkut.app-এ লিখলে মুছে দেওয়া হয়।When you join the waitlist, your email or phone number and (optionally) which exam you are taking are saved straight into a Google Sheet that only we can open. It is used only to tell you about the launch. Write to hello@chirkut.app at any time and it is deleted.

অ্যাপে (লঞ্চের পর)In the app (after launch)
অ্যাকাউন্ট: ইমেইল বা Google দিয়ে সাইন-ইন। নাম, ইমেইল, কোন ক্লাস/পরীক্ষা। এটুকুই।Account: Sign in with email or Google. Name, email, which class or exam. That is all.
পড়ার তথ্য: কোন কার্ড কবে দেখেছো, কী রেটিং দিয়েছো। এটা spaced repetition চালাতে লাগে এবং তোমার প্রোফাইলের "মনে আছে" হিসাব করতে। এটা তোমার নিজের, অন্য কারও সাথে শেয়ার হয় না।Study data: Which card you saw when, and how you rated it. This is needed to run spaced repetition and to work out the "remembered" figure on your profile. It is yours alone and is never shared with anyone.
পেমেন্ট: SSLCommerz (bKash, Nagad, কার্ড) দিয়ে হয়। কার্ড বা বিকাশ নম্বর আমাদের সার্ভারে আসে না; আমরা শুধু জানি কোন সাবজেক্ট কেনা হয়েছে।Payment: Handled by SSLCommerz (bKash, Nagad, cards). Your card or bKash number never reaches our servers; we only know which subject was bought.
AI সহায়তা ("বুঝিয়ে দাও"): তোমার প্রশ্ন আর সংশ্লিষ্ট অধ্যায়ের নোট একটি AI সেবায় পাঠানো হয় উত্তর তৈরির জন্য। নাম বা ইমেইল পাঠানো হয় না।AI help ("Explain it"): Your question and the notes of the relevant chapter are sent to an AI service to generate the answer. Your name and email are not sent.
অভিভাবক ডাইজেস্ট: শুধু তুমি বা তোমার অভিভাবক চালু করলে, সপ্তাহে একটা SMS যায়। কত দিন পড়েছো, কত % মনে আছে।Parent digest: Only if you or your parent turn it on, one SMS goes out each week: how many days you studied and what percentage you remember.
কী করি নাWhat we do not do
তথ্য বিক্রি করি না। বিজ্ঞাপনদাতাদের দিই না। ১৩ বছরের নিচে কারও অ্যাকাউন্ট অভিভাবকের অনুমতি ছাড়া খোলা হয় না।We do not sell data. We do not give it to advertisers. No account is opened for anyone under 13 without a parent's permission.
